Elite Dangerous: How bulkhead affect damage from collision

As you see there is bug with Anacondas bulkheads because they have no effect on collision damage, but on ASP Explorer or Vulture best 3 armors will increase hull resistance to collisions by 44-47%.

There is no difference between Military, Mirrored and Reactive at all, so Military is best budget but Mirrored is best overall armor.
